We stayed at the graciously appointed condo of a dear friend (some of you know her as Red Freckle!), ate fish tacos, enjoyed remembering the Lord in La Mesa, saw some dear old friends, made some new friends, and spent a day at Legoland.
BY THE WAY! Miss Red Freckle is one of my dear readers, and during the weekend she served Cappuccino Fudge Cheescake, which I featured in a post last year. It rocked, for lack of proper superlatives.

I really like the "leaving with the loot picture" and also the "waiting in line". Glad you got to enjoy some heat. I'm sure it was real hard to put up with Miss Red Freckle's famous hospitality : )
