Meanwhile, back in Switzerland

I'm sick in bed right now, thinking about how I never finished posting about our Europe trip. That was last year, in a different season and sort of another dimension of reality. We do have a few final shots that make a fun series - so here I go, though infirmity lay me waste. (I have always wanted to say that.)

I like to call these photos "Funny Characters we met in Europe." They were taken in Lucerne and Zurich:



This family stood outside a shop selling eyeglasses.






This photo cracks me up. She just doesn't look all that thrilled at being "schon".I can sympathize though, in a way, because I bear the unique - although much less lucrative - distinction of being fairly good looking. (Follow the link before you jump all over that one!) I have a feeling this photo will reappear someday.




These are the silliest people we met. They are weird, geeky shadows of their former selves, and need mental help. If you see them, give them coffee and you won't get hurt.
