Saturday was a day of cold and sloppy rain, so naturally we decided to tour a few Columbia Gorge waterfalls. This photo is at Latourell Falls. If you click the link, you'll see better photos than this one. This picture was only taken to prove we were there. Incidentally (nerd alert) Latourell Falls is a great spot to see columnar basalt!
That brings me to my first kid quotes.
J: "I want to go home!"
R: "I'm hungry. When's lunch?"
Our other quotes are not related to the waterfall outing. I jotted them down throughout the winter.
J: "I am a winning team."
R (to Spouse): "Mom doesn't seem very relaxed today."
J: "Mom, if you ever see a gingerbread man running, and he says, 'Run, run as fast as you can, you can't catch me, I'm the gingerbread man,' I'm the fastest one to catch him."
J: "WHO TRACKED MUD IN HERE?"
Spouse: "I wish you felt as good as I look."
